How to contact us
Email support@callbail.com. There is no contact form, so we only receive what you choose to send.
The iPhone app is launching soon and is not live yet, so most questions today are about the browser simulator. Feedback and ideas are welcome too.
What to put in your email
A few details let us help on the first reply instead of the third:
- Your device and software version, for example "iPhone 14, iOS 18" or "Windows laptop, Chrome".
- The browser you used, if the problem is on the website.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- The delay you set and whether the screen was locked.
- A screenshot, if it shows the problem. Hide anything private first.
Please do not send passwords or payment details. We will never ask for them.
What to expect after you write
We read incoming messages and reply as soon as we reasonably can. We do not promise a response time, so please do not rely on email for anything urgent. If you are in danger, call 911 or your local emergency number. CallBail is not a substitute for emergency services. Read more in our guide to using a fake call for personal safety.
Troubleshooting the browser simulator
Most problems come from how phones and browsers treat sound and timers. Check these first.
The call rings silently
Browsers block sound until you have interacted with the page. Tap or click the start button on the simulator itself, then wait for the ring. Also check that the tab is not muted and that your media volume is up, not just the ringer volume.
The iPhone silent switch is on
If the side switch on your iPhone shows orange, web audio may stay quiet. Flip the switch back so no orange is visible, raise the volume with the side buttons, and try again.
The call is late or never appears
Browsers slow down or pause tabs you cannot see, and locking the screen can freeze the timer. Keep the simulator tab in front with the screen awake until the call arrives. Test a short delay before you rely on it. The full guide to faking a phone call covers the setup in more detail.
Still stuck?
Try another browser, reload, then email us with the details above. You can also read how the planned app works on CallBail on iPhone.
A note on responsible use
We cannot help with using fake calls to harass, defraud or deceive someone in order to hurt them. The terms of use explain what is allowed, and the privacy policy explains what we collect.
